What is the validity of the FACEUP UCare membership?
Membership is valid for 12 calendar months from the date of purchase. It cannot be paused or extended, and it starts counting from the moment it is activated by our team.
Is it necessary to have a medical evaluation to use the benefits?
Yeah. All treatments are subject to prior medical evaluation.A FACEUP CLINICS specialist will evaluate your case and determine if the treatment is appropriate and safe for you.
Can I transfer my membership to someone else?
No. The FACEUP UCare membership is personal and non-transferable. It can only be used by the registered holder at the time of purchase. See the terms and conditions for all the details.
What happens if I want to gift a treatment included in the membership?
Every month you can give away a Hollywood Carbon Peel to a friend or family member, as long as This is your first visit to FACEUP CLINICSThis benefit is monthly and non-cumulative. If you don't use it during the current month, it will expire.
Can I use my membership at any branch?
Yes. UCare by FACEUP is valid in all our branches: Cancun (Plaza Las Americas and Plaza Momoto), Mexico City (Roma Norte and Santa Fe), and Guadalajara (Providencia 4th Section).
What happens if the doctor doesn't authorize the treatment I want?
If the attending physician considers that the treatment is not appropriate for you, for medical or safety reasons, will not apply, even though it is included in the benefits. This is part of our fair and responsible use policy.
Do membership discounts apply with other promotions?
No. FACEUP UCare discounts are not cumulative. with other promotions, packages, or special prices. On each visit, you'll need to choose which benefit you wish to apply.
Can I request a refund or cancellation of my membership?
No. Membership is non-refundable and non-cancellable.Once activated, a refund cannot be requested under any circumstances.
How do I know what benefits I have active?
When you activate your membership, you'll receive a digital guide with your benefits. Additionally, our team can inform you about current discounts and events every time you schedule an appointment or visit a clinic.
What happens if I try to misuse my membership or use it for someone else?
Any misuse, such as identity theft, transfer to third parties or manipulation of benefits, may result in immediate cancellation of membership without refund.
