About our Lipoenzymes treatments

What are lipoenzymes?

In our lipoenzymes treatments, we use specific proteins that have the property of accelerating chemical reactions that highly benefit the health of your skin. Is the procedure painful?

Mild pain may be experienced during the application, as it involves the use of insulin needles. Don’t worry! We use topical anesthesia to eliminate any discomfort. How is the application carried out?

The treatment involves the application of a mixture of three enzymes into the adipose tissue in a very quick and simple manner.

How many sessions are usually applied?

The number of sessions to be performed will depend on the needs and expectations of each patient. On average, 5 sessions are usually done. We are committed to achieving the desired results!

How long do the results last?

The duration of the results is related to the development of healthy habits. A balanced diet and regular physical exercise will be the perfect combination to prevent fat from accumulating again in the region where the enzymes were applied.

Is it safe?

Of course! The lipoenzyme treatment is very safe and there are no serious risks in its use, as long as the application is carried out by a qualified physician with the highest standards of care, just as we do at Face Up.

Does it have a guarantee?

Yes, all our treatments have a 10-day guarantee for possible touch-ups!

Why should I have this treatment done?

We highly recommend this treatment because it does not require hospitalization; it is a quick procedure and does not require any post-recovery, unlike the uncomfortable classic liposculpture with surgery. In addition, the results are visible after a few sessions and, with proper care, its effects can be permanent. Don’t wait any longer!

Should I add a home skincare routine?

Not necessarily, you can continue with your usual skincare routine. If you don’t have one yet, we wait for you on our social media to create together the perfect skincare routine for you.

What precautions should I take after the treatment?

Although there are no specific care instructions after the treatment, it is recommended to maintain a balanced diet and exercise frequently. Let’s train!

Who is the procedure contraindicated for?

Watch out! This treatment is contraindicated for patients who are on antibiotics or who have had botulinum toxin applied 15 days before the session. Likewise, those who have previously undergone treatments with tension threads, fillers, or hyaluronic acid should consult their doctor beforehand to avoid migrations or product dissolution. The lipoenzyme treatment is also not recommended for patients with liver disorders or allergies. Finally, we should avoid it during pregnancy or lactation periods, as well as during the 15 days following any vaccination. Let’s take care of each other!

Can people who have undergone aesthetic touch-ups get vaccinated against COVID-19?

Just like you, we can’t wait for all of this to pass. But, in the meantime, let’s keep taking care of ourselves! It is recommended to wait between 15 days before and after vaccination to perform aesthetic treatments of this type. If it’s your turn to get vaccinated, don’t worry: we’ll reserve your appointment in our offices for a few weeks from now.
